Curiosity about the new generation.

That was exactly the atmosphere at our meeting in Bussum, where we gathered with a nice group of managers and professionals for a session on the nex

tgeneration in the workplace.

Together with Maroeska Bakker of The Recharge Club, we engaged in a conversation about how the new generation views work, what motivates them and what that means for organizations and leaders today.
It was not a traditional presentation, but an interactive session in which different generations shared their perspectives. That made for sharp questions, new insights and, above all, an open conversation.
The setting also helped. Overlooking the padel courts at the Sport & Wellness Center in Bussum and beautiful spring weather, we stepped onto the court after the session itself. A great way to combine content with meeting.

What struck me is how much interest there is among managers to better understand the new generation. Not from a distance, but from the desire to become stronger together as a team and organization.
Thanks to Maroeska Bakker and The Recharge Club for the cooperation and to all participants for the energy and beautiful conversations.

This meeting will definitely be followed up!
